Evan is a born-and-raised Austinite with a lifelong passion for real estate, design, and investing. She founded Skiera Homes to create properties that are not only beautiful, but intentional, functional, and lasting. With a background in sales and business development in renewable energy and at companies like Oracle NetSuite and ADP, Evan brings a strategic, customer-centric mindset to the operations of every project from ground-up builds to rental management and resale.

A licensed Realtor® with The Marye Company, Evan also helps others navigate the buying and selling process with transparency and ease, offering clients the unique perspective of someone who not only understands homes, but builds them. Whether helping clients buy, sell, or build, she’s committed to delivering high-integrity service and thoughtful design at every step.

PARTNER

Marc brings a strong foundation in engineering, entrepreneurship, and operations to his role at Skiera Homes. A graduate of Virginia Tech, where he studied Mechanical Engineering, Marc went on to co-found Jade Leaf Matcha, which quickly grew to become the #1 matcha brand in the U.S. He led the company through rapid growth and ultimately a successful acquisition, an experience that sharpened his instincts for brand-building, business development, and long-term strategy.

At Skiera Homes, Marc leverages that same entrepreneurial mindset to guide financial planning and analysis. His attention to detail and functionality first driven approach help ensure each home is not only beautifully designed, but built and managed with precision.

PROPERTY MANAGER

Gayle brings decades of entrepreneurial and financial education experience to her role as Property Manager at Skiera Homes. As the founder of Moolah U, she has helped thousands of families and students build confidence in money management through hands-on learning, business simulations, and financial literacy programs.

Today, she applies that same operational excellence and strategic mindset to Skiera Homes’ rental portfolio, ensuring each property is managed with care, efficiency, and long-term value in mind. With a background in both business ownership and community-focused education, Gayle plays a key role in maintaining the high standards that define the Skiera Homes brand.

CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER

Teddy takes his role at Skiera Homes very seriously, especially when it comes to promoting work-life balance, spontaneous play breaks, and team-wide snack appreciation. As Chief Happiness Officer, he’s committed to creating a pawsitive office culture, boosting morale, and ensuring no sunbeam goes un-napped.

When he’s not overseeing wellness operations, Teddy can be found greeting guests, chasing squirrels, or encouraging walk-and-talk meetings. With an eye for cozy corners and a sixth sense for treat jars, he keeps the team grounded and the energy high.

SECURITY INTERN

Layla is the newest addition to the Skiera Homes team and is currently exploring roles in our security department. She’s shown great enthusiasm in alerting us to potential threats including suspicious delivery drivers, falling leaves, and the occasional gust of wind.

However, her record isn’t spotless. She’s been caught sleeping on the job, and there have been incidents involving a chewed-up document that has us questioning whether she’s protecting the office or covering her tracks. The jury’s still out.

In the meantime, she’s exploring a possible transfer to the Chief Happiness Officer’s department, where her talents for snack breaks and tail wags might be better put to use.
